2. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

3. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

**Exchanges:**

1. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
